1. Putting yourself first all the time. Thinking that life is all about you. Putting on the I don't care attitude, this will make your spouse believe that he /she does not count
2. Do not pretend that all is okay, when you hurt deep inside. That attitude may only get you few moments of peace and quite
3. Complaining loud all the time will only turn your spouse further away from you.
4. Worst still, being quite and refusing to talk about it will not solve the issue. You have to discuss intelligently with your spouse
5. Selfishness, bulling and using hurtful words will make your spouse believe that he/ she is not worth anything
6. Always showing that you know it all and imposing your decision on your spouse will belittle him/her
7. Most importantly not praying about your situation and with him/her will make things worst.
